Cambria Bailey Jones

Hi! I'm Cambria - a London-based fiction writer/director and digital producer.

I co-run digital production company Penny4 and am a BAFTA nominated Executive Producer, BAFTA Connect member, and alumnus of the BFI Network x BAFTA Crew cohort. I have had films screened at multiple festivals around the world.

I co-created UP IN SMOKE, a fiction podcast starring Adam Buxton and Mei Mac. The show has been nominated at the Webby Awards, Lovie Awards, Independent Podcast Awards and the British Audio Awards, was number 1 in the UK fiction charts and reached number 2 in the UK all-genre charts. In 2025, it was acquired by the the BBC, and is now available to listen to on BBC sounds.

As a digital-first producer I have produced, written and directed work for a variety of high-profile filmmakers, creators and musicians in the online community, gaining well over 100m views online. My work has won multiple Lovie and Webby awards. Before that, I worked for UK production company Maya Vision International, making history documentaries for the BBC and PBS America.
